A Pregancy Photo

I have certainly not been as diligent about taking maternity photos this time, but here is the latest.  I am 33 weeks pregnant in this photo.

I will be 36 weeks this week and I am so anxious to meet my sweet little boy.  This pregnancy with Ryan has definitely went by much faster.  I am due on March 7 and the doctor seems to think I will go up to my due date.  Everything looks great and baby Ryan is doing very well.  Big brother, Will is also anxiously awaiting his brother's arrival.

I am soo blessed to have a healthy, happy and growing family.   God is good!

Will's New Room

Will finally moved to his new "big boy room".  He and Ryan will both be upstairs together.

Will got a cute new sports room and he is loving it.  He likes to show everyone that comes over to visit.  Here are a few pictures of his new room.

My Many Faces

My cute little boy wanted me to take pictures of all his faces - he calls them out and we have to do a silly face, or a sad face, or ... you get the idea.

I'm in love with this little dude!

Silly Boy

Every now and then, I convince Will to pose for me... although it doesn't happen very often...today, I took advantage of it.

It just doesn't get much cuter than that!

Go Tigers Go!

Mr. Will is a huge fan of Tiger basketball.  We have been taking him to most of the games this year and he loves it.  I was thinking it was because of the basketball, but it seems he is a big fan of the "pretty cheerleaders"!  When we are at home, he and Daddy play Tiger basketball while I sing the Tiger fight song.  Every now and then he makes me wear my #1 foam finger and sing the "cheerleader song" which is T-I-G-E-R-S.  It really is the cutest thing.

We went to the Southern Mississippi game last week and sat in a suite, belonging to one of Brad's customers.  Will thought that was something special.  Here are a few photos.

Good until the last bite!

On a funny note:  last night, Will made Brad turn the kitchen lights on and off and pretend to be the announcer as Will pretended to run through the tunnel like a basketball player .... it was hilarious!  I can only imagine what this house will be like once Ryan is old enough to participate in this craziness!

Our Weekend

Last night we took Will to the FedExForum to see the Harlem Globetrotters.  It was actually my first time to see them too, so I was excited.  At first, he was a bit disappointed because there were no cheerleaders.  Yes, my 2 year old is obsessed with pretty cheerleaders.  I am going to have a romeo on my hands, I am afraid.

Once the "game" started he was pretty engaged and was actually laughing at the funny parts.  By the end, he didn't want to leave.  It is such a blessing to be able to share these fun moments with him.  He is already asking about the Tiger basketball on Wednesday.  Looks like we will be upgrading to three seats for next season.

I am 8 months pregnant in this picture.  I am going to skillfully
pose Will in all photos so you can't see my big belly :-)

Today, we enjoyed lunch with Nanny and Poppy and then went to the craft store.  Nanny is going to make Ryan this cute "monogram taggie" that I found online.  Isn't it cute!  Nanny may regret having the sewing machine with this grandson!!!

While I am typing, here is what my boys are doing - precious!  Will is JUST like his Daddy.  He may look like me, but his is just like Brad.

Tonight is dinner with Nona and PawPaw - what a busy weekend.

A bundle of fun

A first for Will - he ate his dinner with chopsticks.  For anyone that knows my little man, it was an adventure.  First they were drum sticks, then a straw in his drink, I believe he was even pinching his nose like a close pin.  Finally, he got the hang of it and they were a big hit.

For laughs - Will's name is William Tobin Britt and Daddy's name is Bradley Tobin Britt.  Will now thinks my name is Mommy Tobin Britt.  Ha!  Where does he come up with these things.

Tonight we are headed downtown to see the Harlem Globetrotters.  I think Will is going to love it.  More on that tomorrow.

Happy New Year

Happy 2012!

My new year's resolution - document more of the great moments from our lives. I tried blogging when Will was an infant but didn't stick with it very long, so I am going to give it another try. I am very excited about what 2012 holds for our family. We are only 8 weeks away from meeting our second little boy, Ryan Wesley Britt. I can't wait to see the first moment when Will meets his new baby brother.

Last night we celebrated New Year's Eve with the Walkers and Connie and Louis. We actually let Will stay up to celebrate the ball dropping in NYC and he had a great time. I loved the anticipation on his and McKenzie's face as they watched the count down - neither of them were quite sure what to expect.

It is hard to believe that it is 2012.  This is going to be a great year for our family.  I am sitting here typing as Will negotiates 5 more minutes of television with his daddy.  I wish I could capture all the funny things that he says.  He told me today that his "belly button was hungry for lunch."  I am going to make an effort to document these cute things more frequently.

Cheers to a healthy and happy 2012 for our growing family.
